Deborah serves as the firm's Municipal Projects Manager. Her duties include project management, firm marketing activities, IT management and assisting with legal research. She holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, both from Texas Tech University. Prior to joining the firm, Deborah worked for many years in the public sector for the Mayor and City Council and City Attorney's Office in Lubbock, as Assistant to the Lubbock County Judge, and at South Plains Association of Governments as regional Director of 9-1-1 Emergency Communications. Most recently, Deborah worked in the private sector, assisting local governments in the Austin area with branding, marketing, grant writing, media communication, and public awareness campaigns.
