Sallie Burchett
As the firm’s Municipal Planning Consultant, Sallie assists clients with comprehensive planning and zoning projects, ordinance updates, annexations, and community development review. Sallie has been active in guiding development projects for more than 18 years. She brings the advantage of a balanced public-private perspective to our clients’ projects, having worked as a city planner, real estate developer, and construction manager. Most recently, Sallie worked closely with the City of Austin, Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority, the Village of Webberville, and the City of West Lake Hills on a variety of planning and development projects. Sallie studied Housing at Oklahoma State University and received her Masters degree in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Texas. She is a LEED Green Associate and a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, and is actively involved in a number of other local planning and development organizations. Sallie’s collaborative and integrative approach to development results in successful, sustainable projects that benefit human health, the environment, and the economy.
